Balaghati is a smart application that allows the residents of Ras Al Khaimah to report any incident immediately using their smart phones whenever they witnessed an accident or seen something suspected that could be harmful to health or the environment, and did not know what to do or who to call.

The user can report incidents related to roads, the environment, public health, or any other related issues within those fields. Balaghati helps the user to locate the incident, record audio/video and capture photos using a camera, or even upload photos from the phone gallery while reporting the incident. User can follow up on the reported incidents and identify its current status.
